When you get A Nudge, stand up, get a drink, stretch, send a text, write a few chapters in your novel — whatever gives you a moment of peace. A nudge will happen within 25-50 minutes when you start a new one. You can cancel your upcoming nudge any time, or snooze it for a shorter random amount when it alerts you.
