Gracefill is a wellness application that spreads the benefits of a gratitude journal beyond oneself by transforming personal entries into conscious acts of kindness. Join our kindness movement to build mental health, foster positive relationships, and spread kindness. WHY IS PRACTICING GRATITUDE SO BENEFICIAL? Studies show that individuals who keep a habit of expressing gratitude show improvements in: - Happiness, mood, and life satisfaction - Physical and mental ailments, including relief from depression - Envy, narcissism, and materialism levels Studies have further demonstrated that gratitude messages yielded improvements in romantic and platonic relationships and kindness levels. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set a regular alert to share gratitude that’s safe from toxic social media practices. 2. Write a short bit of thanks or praise to someone - whether they’re living or passed. 3.
