UpFor's goal is to be the best social event planning app. Our belief is that most solutions out there don't provide the functionality we all desire: • A simple scrollable feed of all events • A way for posts to spread naturally throughout social webs • The ability to preserve memories of each event with friends Our mission to build this functionality for our own friend group has grown into a mission to build UpFor for everyone Our philosophies guiding us include • planning events should be so easy and causal that anything can be planned on UpFor. That means bike rides, spontaneous drinks with friends, or the biggest party your neighborhood has ever seen are all welcome on UpFor. • Mutual friends are the most natural way to meet new people and therefore sharing posts and friend suggestions should strive to break down the barriers of rigid and exclusive group chats. We are constantly working to make UpFor the most effective way to plan and document social events, and we are just getting started.
