Llama Life let’s you set a countdown timer on *every* task. This concept is called ‘timeboxing’, and the idea is to create a (positive) constraint around the time we have to do something. The goal is to try and give a task 100% of our attention, until the timer runs out. This helps to increase focus, and gives us the mental space to think about ONE thing at a time. Llama Life also let’s you know your total List Time, and the estimated finishing time, so you can be more aware of time passing, and plan your day. We also love celebrating the wins, big or small, so very importantly, you get confetti (woo hoo!) when you finish a task.
