Hours data gives you a pleasure of all efforts you made during a day. Theme, as per your interest, you can choose. You can set steps Goal also. Goal progress will display on today’s dashboard and in stats. All the stats have durations also. Data source is the Apple healthkit. So, It will ask user permission.
