Sandra started doing home workouts after the birth of her third daughter. She had gained 58lbs, was recovering from a 3rd c-section, and newly diagnosed with hypothyroidism. In addition to that she was nursing a newborn and had a 2yr old and 3rd old to care for. She was overwhelmed and exhausted. But she knew she had to make a change. Out of those obstacles Sandra created a method that is focused, convenient and effective. She adapted principles she had learned years ago while on a school track team and manipulated the exercise patterns, time, frequency and sets. She tailored the movements to adapt to her body as a middle aged women with muscle imbalances. Her method uses free weights, functional movements, and mobility. After 4yrs of home workouts followed by 2 yrs of sharing home workouts on social media and studying at the National Academy of Sports Medicine she's ready to share all her methods, workouts and challenges with you. Now you can workout anytime with Sandra Levy from the comfort of your home and get a healthier body, mind and soul.

Move Club is movement for everyone, everywhere. Move Club classes range from 10-50 minutes, use minimal to no equipment, and are exclusively formulated to build long, lean muscle tone. Designed to empower and motivate all bodies at all levels, every class offers low-impact modifications and encouragement to connect with your body and mind.
In the app, discover over 400 on-demand classes, with new classes added weekly, the ability to filter classes by body-focus and category, and programs that will keep you on track.
Move Club Class Formats:
MOVE: Full body workout ranging from 30-50 minutes. Includes light cardio, shadowboxing, and strength training. Think: pilates + yoga + cardio + barre.
TONE: Full body workout with an emphasis on stretching, toning, and lengthening and no cardio or jumping.
HIIT: Full body interval-training workout, ranging from 20-45 minutes. Includes cardio intervals, shadowboxing, and more.
FORM: Slowed-down workouts that focus on form and take you back to the basics.
BODY FOCUS: Shorter classes focusing on a single body group, like abs, arms, or lower body.
