Hybrid Fitness Virtual Trainer vs. Hybrid Utilizzo e statistiche
The Hybrid Fitness application uses a working animated model that demonstrates all exercises from the hybrid Fitness database. The best feature is that the avatar is an animation of the human muscle-skeletal system, and highlights the focused muscle group in use. This allows clients have a clear understanding of the desired exercise they need to execute and which muscle groups are being worked.
The user simply enters the number of reps performed and weight used and rates the exercise depending on its level of difficulty.

The download of Hybrid is free of charge. Should you use Hybrid to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
