Each workout is recorded by date, and progress for each exercise is shown graphically. Previous workouts can be entered manually to complete your record, and all data is backed up to the cloud.

Training set in this timer has the option to be shared, saved, or played in a random timer. In a custom timer, you set exercise names whatever you want. When you play a custom timer your exercises are played and voice assist helps you to track the change of exercise. You can see the previous current and next exercise and duration on the screen.
Random timer plays exercises that you set in a custom timer for the duration you set. Exercises are played randomly so you can’t prepare for what is coming. Because of randomness, it is more interesting, fun, and a lot harder.
The basic timer is simple to use. Athletes just set time and timer cunts down to zero.
The basic timer has a visual color counting that reminds of a sand clock.
Every time you use the timer application saves what you do and you can track your progress in analytics. You can see a chart with the duration and date, and a calendar where you can select a date when you want to check the training that you did. You can delete all of the data or one training at a time.
