OhioHealthy, your health benefits administrator, is expanding its suite of consumer-engagement tools and now offers an app, myOhioHealthy Mobile, to help you manage your benefits information while you’re on the go, anytime day or night! myOhioHealthy Mobile allows you to check the status of your claims, control out-of-pocket expenses, contact OhioHealthy and so much more! With myOhioHealthy Mobile, you can use your mobile phone or tablet to access the information you need the most while you’re on the go! • See your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum • Show your ID card to providers • View claims status • Access other important benefits information • Find a doctor • Contact Customer Service • Ask question and receive answers from OhioHealthy through our message center • Easily access other services in your benefit plan through the My Programs section • View each family member’s information and benefits • Filter claims by family member name and type

With a few taps in the OhioHealth mobile app, you can easily find OhioHealth doctors, get directions to nearby urgent and emergency care locations, and access your MyChart health record – anytime, anyplace! Use the OhioHealth app to: • Schedule appointments • Find a doctor and view patient satisfaction ratings • Pay your bill • Get directions • View Urgent Care wait times • Access test results • Communicate securely with your doctor • Have a telehealth visit • Request prescription refills • Keep track of health information • Create a MyChart account • "Track My Health" feature integrates with Apple Health app • View and share OhioHealth news and wellness articles You must have a MyChart account to access MyChart features. You can create a MyChart account in the OhioHealth app. Your doctor may have provided you with an activation code during your last outpatient office visit; however, a code is not required to create an account. Currently, MyChart features are available only for OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion.
