It allows the user to keep their eyes on the target while data streaming from the LZ-30 is captured within the application. The application logs date, time, GPS coordinates and gas measurements. Sessions can be exported from the phone/tablet in multiple formats. With built-in picture capture, the user can associate any reading with a picture or even report a corrosion issue.

Easily connect your Bayside Furnishings electric fireplace to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth. The app allows you to fine-tune the fireplace to your liking and comfort level. With this app you can:
- Turn the fireplace on or off
- Set the heater thermostat to 62-82°F or 17-27°C, or allow it to stay on or off
- Change the color of the flames among 6 different settings
- Adjust the speed of the flames from 6 different levels
- Adjust the flame brightness from 6 different levels
- Set the auto-off timer from 30 minutes to 6 hours
- Customize the name of the fireplace for easy recognition
- Enable or disable the fireplace to connect to Bluetooth automatically on app startup
- Change the temperature unit to °F or °C
