Train w Katherine’s training programs are effective, results driven, evidence based, Katherine designed workouts. You can work towards your dream body while discovering strength and athletic ability you never thought possible while preventing and/or working towards fixing injuries. Katherine fundamentally believes in exercise science and believes there is always something you can do. (Can’t get down to the mat? Katherine has a bed exercise program for you.) Katherine takes into account age (with kids that means growth and development, with adults or older adults that means spinal degeneration and potential bone density issues or arthritis), potential risks with exercise for that age and what is not only effective for health and well being at that age but effective for the body results you want (see extras in your age group and level for add ons in toning certain areas). Katherine firmly believes in modifications and sections. Just starting out and need something light or are you advanced and need a challenge? No matter what you should be prepped safely for the next level. That’s why there are 2-3 workouts a week to make sure you are ready to advance regardless or your level.
