This usually results in profit loss and increased cost to the consumer. This marketplace model also puts small, independent restaurants in direct competition with large chains and corporately owned restaurants. We have seen a huge interest within our local community to support our cherished local businesses. Eat Local 757 was born out of the idea that we could create a local marketplace that would give increased visibility to local restaurants, reduce costs, increase profits and provide great service to our restaurants and customers.
