KF-Stride vs. Being Positive Utilizzo e statistiche
STRIDE stands for “Strength Identification and Expression,” which means becoming aware of your
personal strengths and using them more in your daily life. The KF-STRIDE® app was developed by Kessler
Foundation to help individuals learn how to do “strength-spotting,” which is a way of recognizing when
you use your strengths every day! The app focuses on 24 character strengths, which are positive traits
identified by the field of positive psychology. The app provides a description of these strengths, as well
as a place to “spot” them in a daily journal. Research shows that “spotting” strengths has clinical benefit:
it can boost your mood and well-being and show you how many times you do something “right,” as
opposed to focusing on what you do “wrong.” In addition to the daily journal, the KF-STRIDE® app will
provide you with reminders to spot your strengths and a monthly summary of all the strengths you used
that month.
KF-STRIDE® was created by Kessler Foundation with support from Alfiero and Lucia Palestroni

Being Positive app is developed with an aim to create a place where people will find positivity. With the growing popularity of social media apps, It is evident in a lot of research that people have started feeling more insecure and negative about themselves in their life. Being Positive wants to throw that negativity out of your life and it will simply motivate you to do better things in life.
It basically works with some proven activities like Gratitude Journal, Positive Affirmations, Positive News, and some Good Habits to shift your mindset to a brighter side of the world. We only want our users to spend just 5 - 10 minutes a day on this app to change their mindset toward the positivity in their life.
Some of the activities in the app are -
Positive Affirmations - Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to overcome challenges in your life. Affirmations are like an exercise for our minds to achieve anything in life.
Gratitude Journal - Simply write down a short journal about the positive things that happened to you. If you have never written a journal in the past. You may start writing with just one sentence a day. After writing for a few days, You can always look back at your journals to re-live the positive things that happened to you in the past. It will simply make you feel better and grateful for what you currently have.
Positive News - These days negativity sells in the media. We want to draw your attention to the brighter side of the media. This news is not updated regularly. So, you may simply read a few articles a day to make yourself feel better.
Good Deeds - These are small tasks or habits which will significantly help you make feel better.
Quotes - At the end of each screen, you will see good quotes.
