Strength, Sculpt, and HIIT style workouts you can do anytime, anywhere.
PWR workouts use a combination of functional strength training movements and HIIT to tone and strengthen your entire body. All workouts are full length, follow along style with form cues throughout. Equipment such as dumbbells, a chair/bench/elevated surface, and resistance bands are required for most classes.
With PWR On Demand you receive access to exclusive challenges and programs, a complete on demand workout library with new workouts added weekly, access to any livestream classes, and more! Classes are open to all levels and modifications are provided so you can always work within your limits.
