Our recipes will be customized to include the addition of olive oil in the Time Restricted Olive Oil Based (TROO) ketogenic diet and exclude restricted ingredients such as eggs, wheat, and dairy for the Modified Paleo Elimination (MPE) Diet. To maintain compliance and avoid any confusion, study participants will only be given access to the intervention diet they were assigned at randomization.
