Apple Watches can be of two types: - not cellular - cellular The not cellular type can be connected to the internet in two ways: - the Wi-Fi function present on the device itself - the iPhone, if this device is close to the Apple Watch At least one of the two conditions listed above must occur, otherwise the CDO Security App on Apple Watch is unable to communicate with the Operations Center. On the other hand, the cellular Apple Watch can be connected to the Internet even in the absence of Wi-Fi or even if it is far from the iPhone, by using the Vodafone network.
