We helpen je om te kijken welke gedachte het meest verantwoordelijk is voor je gevoel. Deze gedachte gaan we vervolgens analyseren. We kijken of je misschien denkvalkuilen maakt en of de gedachte bijvoorbeeld wel kloppend is. Door deze analyse vaak te doen kun je je denkpatronen doorbreken en ga ja je in bepaalde situaties ook weer wat beter voelen.
