At Man Down our objective is to reduce the number of male suicides and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by offering men opportunities to talk about their emotions. The Man Down app provides a dedicated online community (away from social media) that allows you to post openly about your mental wellbeing, find and give support and develop meaningful connections. Main areas of the app include: //In-person meeting groups// For those that have attended an in-person meeting, you can find and request to join the associated online group. A great way to keep in touch between meetings, support one another and find out about group socials and events. //Interest groups// Meet likeminded people by striking up a conversation in the interest group of your choice.
