Index of Mudras - shows a list of all Mudras organized by group families from which you can access and browse the gestures. You can also search for a word or phrase and browse the Mudras related to the phrase. Gallery - shows all Mudras images organized by group families. You can select Mudras associated with specific Chakras, Elements and Systems. Practicing Now - you can place here the Mudras you are practicing for quick access and easy control of your regular practice. You can also add to this list a gifted mudra, by clicking in random selection. As the practice of these mudras are incorporated into your daily life, you naturally begin to experience and share with others a greater sense of integral health and wellbeing !!!
