Aplicația este dezvoltată de Biroul Asiguratorilor de Autovehicule din România (BAAR) și este destinata posesorilor de autovehicule înmatriculate in Romania in vederea obținerii unor informații relevante referitoare la situația daunelor înregistrate pe polițele de răspundere civila (RCA) deținute de aceștia, informații privind clasa de bonus-malus aferenta si obținerea certificatului de daunalitate in format digital. Pentru accesarea acestor informații este necesara crearea unui cont si furnizarea mai multor documente care sa ateste identitatea deținătorului polițelor. Prin intermediul „Cont Client AIDA” se pot obține informațiile atât de către persoanele fizice, cat si de către persoanele juridice.
