Once your account has been created, you will be taken to our virtual call center where all you need to do is click on the button “Start Talking” and we will connect you to our available listener right away. We are always looking to increase our empathetic volunteer who has a passion for creating safe spaces and being that much-needed support system. Once you have applied, you will have to go through “empathetic listening” training that has been certified by the Department of Mental Health.
