Busca contribuir a la toma de consciencia emocional del usuario. Para ello se despliega un tablero de 14 a 20 opciones de diferentes emociones, de las que el usuario tendrá que seleccionar una o más que correspondan al estado emocional que esté sintiendo. De ese modo la aplicación irá almacenando la información para que luego, cuando el usuario lo desee, pueda consultar cuáles fueron sus emociones en la última semana. La aplicación le dará un gráfico de los porcentajes de cada emoción sentida. Por último, el usuario también podrá graduar la intensidad de la emoción que siente. De este modo la aplicación dejará registro tanto de las emociones sentidas como de su intensidad. Asimismo, la aplicación cuenta con información respecto de cada emoción, como definición y ciertas características.
