In other words, you don’t just get workouts – you get RESULTS. AFTERBURN: THE BODY’S SECRET WEAPON Our workouts unleash the amazing natural effect we call Afterburn. Afterburn, known in the scientific community as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), is an effect caused by the body’s continued need for oxygen after cardio and resistance training. Once you’ve finished an intense round of exercise your body is just getting started. It must replenish its energy sources, re-oxygenate your blood, return breathing rates to pre-exercise levels, among other tasks. To accomplish all of this and return back to its normal state, your body must consume energy, and conveniently, that energy comes from you. This means post-exercise calorie burn no matter where you go or what you do after your workout. EPOC is EPIC, wouldn’t you say? THAT THING CALLED VARIETY: WHO NEEDS IT, ANYWAY? Seeing as how exercise is the single most exciting activity in the world, what’s the point of shaking things up? You might stand in line for your favorite artist or a rollercoaster ride, but let’s face it: no one’s camping outside the gym in their mom’s sleeping bag to be the first to run through the doors at 5 AM. SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS Regymen On The Run is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
