This application shows you how many minutes you should be cooking in a low-temperature cooker. Low temperature cooking is a scientifically safe cooking method, but only when cooked for the correct amount of time. The cooking time is calculated based on the type and thickness of the meat and the water temperature. It is impossible to remember all the combinations. It is also difficult to calculate the maximum cooking time when trying to cook several types and thicknesses of meat at once. I do simple cooking at low temperatures. I really just heat it up.
