The Chester Police Department mobile application is an interactive app which will help improve our communication with the citizens of the City of Chester, PA and the surrounding area. The purpose of this app is to improve our ability to communicate with our citizens with information which will include, but not be limited to contact information, emergency news and alerts, Chester’s Most Wanted, and more. Citizens may also submit a crime tip directly through the app with photos, as well as see and share social media posts. By empowering people through technology, the Chester Police Department will be able to better protect our city. This app is not meant to be used to report emergency situations.
