You can select if you want that habit to be in the morning, afternoon, evening, or just any time during the day. Every day your habits reset. There is a progress bar so you can see your overall progress during the day. This app also allows you to list and keep track of your bad habits as a occasional reminder of the things you are trying to avoid or improve. You can re-order your habits and edit them over time.
