Walk-ins and CoverOnTheGo Management Manage unreserved clients efficiently with the CoverManager app. Take the data from the walk-ins and assign them a table to leave their record in the system, ensuring complete control of all reservations. In addition, CoverOnTheGo (COTG) helps you automate the queue at the door for customers who do not have a reservation. You can open and close the COTG landing page to manage availability in real-time and allow customers to easily check in, receiving notifications when their tables are ready. This functionality ensures a seamless experience and optimized queue management. QR reader for reservations Use the QR code reader functionality to manage guest arrivals, quickly view their reservation details, modify information if necessary, and ensure they are seated at their tables efficiently.
