When you subscribe to Cathe’s Live service, you can view her live videos not only in this app, but also on your computer or stream from your iOS device to your television through AirPlay and Apple TV. Via your computer’s web browser, you can also view Cathe's live broadcasts and recorded workouts.
WHO IS CATHE FRIEDRICH?
Thousands have credited Fitness Hall of Fame member Cathe Friedrich for helping them transform their bodies and their lives with her award-winning videos. Cathe was one of the first to bring advanced workout videos—and one of the first “step” aerobic videos—to the home exerciser, and helped shatter the theory that only celebrities star in fitness videos. Over her many years of experience, Cathe has steadfastly followed three guiding principles: Professionalism. Passion. Quality.
Collage Video, a source for exercise videos since 1987, says this about Cathe on their website: “Since the early 1990s, Cathe Friedrich’s videos have set the standard for ‘challenging workouts.’ Cathe Friedrich’s workout video technique is excellent; her cuing style is very direct.
