PARK & SMILE air is the app for wireless remote control with compatible parking systems from KLAUS Multiparking.
Please note that only compatible parking systems can be operated with the app. If in doubt, please contact your property manager or your contact person at KLAUS Multiparking to find out whether the parking facility you are using is compatible with the app.
Use the PARK & SMILE air app to electronically register your parking space in your compatible KLAUS Multiparking parking system on your mobile device. You will receive the QR code to register your parking space from KLAUS Multiparking together with the user documents after the system has been installed and the parking space has been handed over.
Once registered, you can conveniently request your parking space wirelessly via the app - similar to your infrared or radio remote control. You can just as easily trigger the closing of your parking space gate via the app after entering or exiting your parking space.
To do this, the color code on the compatible KLAUS Multiparking parking system can be confirmed either by direct key entry or by simply pointing your smartphone or tablet camera at the LED.

To use the Heat@Home application, you will need one of the supported OEG controllers* and the Heat@Home communication module.
Try the app with a virtual device before you buy!
The currently supported OEG controller series are KMSD, KSFD, KSW and WHMS.
With the Heat@Home app, you can:
- set the day and night heating temperature and the mode of operation of the heating system;
- set up to 2 different heating schedules for each heated area;
- you set the user functions Party, Eco, Holiday and one-time domestic water heating;
- give access to your family members or friends;
- you check the generated or obtained energy from solar collectors and biomass boilers;
- you check the condition of the pellets in the hopper;
- see all warnings and notifications from your regulator;
- name the heated areas in your home as you wish;
- you check the status of all temperature sensors and relays.
