Get curated step-by-step programs designed to be easy & achievable & build eco-friendly habits to quickly shrink your carbon footprint.

HOW ONE SMALL STEP HELPS YOU
We’ll get you started by understanding the impact of your current lifestyle choices. Get a breakdown of your carbon footprint so you can see how you compare to the average Australian. You’ll receive a personalised sustainability roadmap to see how to reduce your carbon emissions down to the UN’s 2050 goal of 2 tonnes per year.
Using behavioural science, One Small Step makes it easy to perform impactful actions. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by information, you’ll get step-by-step programs with trusted recommendations on sustainable products. For example, if your current superannuation fund invests in fossil fuels, we’ll recommend you a program so you can switch to an ethical option. You’ll be guided every step of the way from comparing ethical funds, right through to making the switch & updating your employer.
Stay motivated on your journey to net zero carbon emissions. Through our gamified programs and Habits tool, you’ll build your confidence & skills to take control of your carbon footprint, be rewarded for taking action and see your impact in real time. Our Teams feature helps you to achieve your goals & build your momentum by completing weekly challenges with your friends, family & workmates.
We tend to think that our individual choices don’t matter, but they do when we’re acting together. Our behaviour has a flow-on effect and will influence others to do the same. All it takes is One Small Step at a time.

ABOUT ONE SMALL STEP
Our mission is to help millions of people reduce their personal carbon footprints down to the UN’s 2050 goal of 2 tonnes of CO2e per person, per year.
The goal is to grow this community to 28 million members, the same number of users as FitBit. Even if our users only partially reduce their annual footprints by 6 tonnes each, together, that achieves the same carbon impact as closing down 40 coal-fired power stations.
It’s ambitious, and you can help achieve this. The more people who use the One Small Step app, the more insights we gain into how to more effectively support you to reduce your environmental impact. The Readiness Assessment is designed to form a part of your daily morning routine. A short two-minute assessment provides deep insights into your Overall Readiness State with breakdowns into Cognitive, Physical and Emotional Readiness. Rewire also provides you with a Personalised Mindset Recovery session based on your Readiness State and goals, featuring the optimal protocols to allow you to make the most of your day!
NEURO-TRAINING SYSTEM
Our Neuro-Training System trains your mind to become more mentally resilient and less susceptible to mental fatigue. The system fits around your training week with pre-workout, post-workout, and standalone Neuro-Training workouts. Use our Neuro-Buttons (Coming Mid 2022) to take your training to the next level by combining Neuro and Physical training for the ultimate mental resilience workout.
