One-to-one, in-app video sessions with your nilo.expert: Request your nilo.session in only a few clicks and get matched with a nilo.expert. The session is a safe space where you can talk about your thoughts, feelings, or specific situations in your life and find ways to solve problems. Your nilo.expert is a trained psychologist who is there to help and guide you towards solutions that work for you.
Self-guided mental wellbeing programs: We work with our team of expert psychologists to create programs that support you, no matter what you’re going through. Why not explore how to improve your mood, your sleep or your stress—as well as a whole range of other topics—in just a few minutes a day?
On-the-go tools: Our clinician-backed express tools offer quick relief to help you calm down, focus, unwind, or live in the moment. From awareness and reflection exercises to sleep meditations to productivity tricks, you can take a minute to improve your life, anytime.
Daily meditations: Take a few minutes just for you. Observe your breath, focus on the present and calm your mind. The world—and your to-do list—will wait.
Secure data: Just use the credentials you received from your employer to log in to the app. Your information is secure and will not be shared with anyone. Not now, not ever!

In the app you’ll find unlimited access to evidence-based psychological tools to cope with life in both ups and downs, feel good and thrive. You also have a supportive community at your fingertips. There are no in-app purchases and no advertising. We always put privacy and safety first so you can focus on your mental health and inner development.
We are a non-profit organisation on a mission to make all the amazing research and tools on mental health, behavioral change, wellbeing, and inner development accessible for all.
The app is available for quick relief, during hardships, when you go through life changes and for personal growth.
Choose between bite-size exercises, meditations, challenges, tests or check-ins for:
