Lapse: A Forgotten Future vs Dark Stories Utilisation & Stats

Lead an entire nation to salvation – or destruction – in a post-apocalyptic world set beyond the year 2075. With a simple swipe of your finger, left or right, you’ll be able to decide of this Nation’s destiny, taking hard decisions about different quests and problems, that will be brought to your presidential attention. Be careful though: leading has never been easy and it will be even more challenging in a similar world. Something mysterious has thrown the whole future humanity in a deep confusion, causing a continuous stream of events as wars, illness, famine. No one seems to recall what started this all, no one seems to know anything about the odd events that keeps involving the planet, no one can explain why you seem to rise every time someone tries to keep you down. So be careful, and think long and hard each and every decision, because nothing happens by chance. Every single event might help you reach your final victory, but at the same time it could be the reason of your failure. Who will be your friend, and who will be your enemy? Hard to say in such a complex world filled with betrayals, aliens, bionic beings and ancient myths. What’s done is done, and you can just play your cards as well as you can in this inevitable race against time. In-App Purchases: The game is completely for free. No, you can reach an ending in any time! You just need to make the right choices and have a little bit of luck. Dark Stories

ATTENTION! THIS GAME IS MEANT TO BE PLAYED WITH FRIENDS IN PERSON. IF YOU ARE ALONE YOU CANNOT PLAY! Dark Stories is an easy to play and fun game but some of the stories are quite difficult. All the stories are fictional. To solve them, the players will need to prove their skills as detectives. HOW TO PLAY Dark Stories must be played in group. A person -chosen as narrator- picks a mystery and reads its description aloud. Then he/she reads its solution without telling the other people. The rest of the players then have to make questions in order to solve the mystery. The narrator can only answer the questions using "Yes", "No" or "It is not relevant". The only possible solution is the one given at the back of each mystery card. If the answer is still not clear enough, the players must follow the narrator's interpretation of the mystery. EXAMPLE A typical fragment of a gameplay could be: Player1: "Did he die because of the shot?" Narrator:"No" Player2: "Was he poisoned?" Narrator: "No" Player3: "Did he have children?" Narrator: "It's not relevant" Player1: "Are there other people in the story?" Narrator: "No" Player2: "Did he commit suicide?" Narrator: "Yes" ... END OF THE GAME When the narrator considers that the story has been solved enough, the narrator can conclude the game and read the whole solution. It is up to the narrator to give some clues if the story is in a deadlock. WHEN TO PLAY It is perfect for birthday parties, camps... and every situation in which you join several friends.
