engagEPetaluma enables you - Petaluma residents, businesses, and visitors - access to a set of local government provided services, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. With this app you can submit service requests, such as reporting a street light out, pothole, or water conservation issue easily by completing a short description of the request. A picture of the issue can be included in order to provide additional details and you’ll be notified as soon as they are resolved. You can also monitor requests, provide comments, and follow other requests in your community.

With the Perimeter Platform, emergency management personnel and other government officials can communicate with each other to check the status of an incident as it progresses. The app can also publish information directly to the public, which can be accessed without any prior signup, download, or opt-in.
