VUEWorks: MobileVUE vs Iowa One Call Utilisation & Stats
MobileVUE is a mobile application used to execute Work Orders in the field from a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet computer. The MobileVUE application is an extension of the VUEWorks software specially designed around the needs of the field user. MobileVUE allows the VUEWorks user to increase field productivity with or without internet connectivity. It utilizes an easy syncing process to integrate the data back to VUEWorks once the field user is in a connected environment. As with all VUEWorks modules, your VUEWorks System Administrator has control over the configuration.

Anyone planning to excavate in Iowa can use the app to initiate, manage and monitor a locate request prior to excavation. Facility operators can use the ticket management feature to provide a positive response to excavators.
Use the app to:
Access a Resource Center with links to the Iowa One Call handbook, excavator guide, color codes and instructional videos. View and share these items with the click of a button.
Find and view previously submitted tickets with Ticket Search. View the positive response history and an on-line worksite map through Ticket Search.
Log in to ISITE for access to all of Iowa One Call’s online tools such as IMAP, Locator Ticket Management, and ITIC.
