You must “Create a Profile” after you download the app. You can schedule a video consultation or request a call back from a doctor through the Global TeleMD app. Global TeleMD consultations are complimentary with phone consultations available in several languages and video consultations available in English and Spanish. Requests for a Call-back are typically responded to within 1 hour. Video consultations can often be scheduled same day. Medical guidance, possible diagnosis and treatment options are possible outcomes from remote consultations.
