By collecting your daily emotions, we will find out the recipe of your emotion together, and figure out what will bring you positivity to leverage your quality of emotion! Steps are easier than you think (hopefully)! Firstly, SAVE, Save your emotion as a short note with weather each representing a different emotion. Secondly, add factors, Think what are the causes of the emotion, and record them as # such as your habit, place, someone... Then analyze by emotions, See your major emotions, and what is causing you each emotion. Or analyze by factors, Find out what-where-who are bringing you good and bad emotions.
