ProgressCharter - EARS vs POB 8: The Companion App Utilisation & Stats

ProgressCharter Beta is a web-mobile application that makes it easy to evaluate learner progress, to identify quickly when that learner is not making efficient progress towards mastery of the knowledge and skills needed for a successful life. Subsequent versions will provide an analysis of the causes of provider performance problems, recommend changes in provider resources, training, and managment necessary to solve provider performance problems by designing and implementing recommended solutions.
