Best part is, it two-way syncs with Apple Reminders, so your tasks sync across all your devices and you can keep using Siri, HomePod, Shortcuts, and whatever other integrations you're used to to manage tasks.

Each task you create belongs to one of the four categories below.
1. Important and Urgent (prioritize and get done first)
2. Important and Not urgent (make plans for them)
3. Not important and Urgent (offload to others or say no to)
4. Not important and Not Urgent (try not do them)
