ConsciousInsights vs ThreeDaily Utilisation & Stats

The goal of ConsciousInsights is to measure your happiness. Once a day, you can write a few lines describing how your day was and Generative AI will evaluate this to a happiness score from 1 to 10. You can track your happiness over time in a graph. You can also view your average happiness and volatility score (e.g. how much your happiness fluctuates). Your daily entry gets analyzed and broken down to see how much things like career, relationships, or sleep influence your happiness positively or negatively.
