myVisionTrack® must be prescribed by your healthcare provider in order to use the app. Introducing myVisionTrack®—the app designed for people with macular diseases to make managing their vision simple and efficient. myVisionTrack lets you test your vision from the comfort of your home, or anywhere you take your smart phone or tablet, by providing a convenient option to use between your scheduled clinic visits. Within the app is a simple vision activity called shape discrimination hyperacuity (SDH). Start by picking the shapes that look different with each eye. From there, myVisionTrack® helps detect if there are changes in your vision. The results are then automatically shared with your healthcare provider, so they can schedule an in-office checkup for further checks, if necessary. mVT is not intended to diagnose. Diagnosis is the responsibility of the prescribing healthcare provider. Data provided by mVT is not to be used as the basis to postpone or cancel regular appointments with your healthcare provider.

Alleye is the digital companion for your eye health. Monitor your retina The Alleye test detects diseases of the retina and specializes in the early detection of age-related macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema and in monitoring the course of an existing retinal disease. In doing so, Alleye detects a deterioration in your visual performance before you can see it yourself. Alleye will inform you as soon as there is a deterioration in your results and you should occasionally see an ophthalmologist for further measurements. Doctor's appointments Enter your doctor appointments, and Alleye reminds you of upcoming consultations and treatments. Injections Enter the data for your injections, and Alleye will provide you with an overview of your treatments. Security With Alleye, your data is stored in encrypted form. Only you and your eye care professional have access to your data. The data is always transmitted in encrypted form. You prefer to use Alleye anonymously? Alleye makes that possible, too. Disclaimer Alleye is intended for the detection and characterization of central and paracentral metamorphopsia (visual distortion) in patients with retinal disease, including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other retinal diseases that may cause metamorphopsia during progression.
