The definition of bad weather is quite subjective.
Each of us has a unique sense of weather perception. Some can’t stand the cold, others like the feel of frost on cheeks, some like reading while it rains and others get depressed because of rain.
When you see 7℃, what does it say to you? You need to think a fraction of a second to realise is that good weather or bad one. Bad Weather app just tells you straight – it will be bad weather, according to your criteria, of course.
