TC:F vs CLUB SOTA Utilisation & Stats
The program is simple and easy to stay engaged. Every 3 weeks Tilli releases a new program (Block) including 3 full-length workouts where you can train right alongside with her. Take out guesswork of fitness and just press play to complete your workouts from start to finish. Included with each workout are progressions and regressions to modify the routines for all fitness levels. The aim is to get stronger by completing these 3 workouts each week for the designated 3 week Block. Increase your reps, weights and smash through the progressions as you feel yourself getting stronger.
There is minimal equipment required for this program and ALL of it is accessible from local and online retailers. A few dumbbells, some bands, a good mat (or towel), and a chair... that's all you need to transform your body. There's NO excuses.
Tilli's philosophy on training with clients is that you need to LOVE doing it. It's not just important that you find a coach that you vibe with, but someone you can trust to be there for you along your journey. Included in the TC:F App is our community chat, a safe space for all members to help keep each other motivated. Tilli is super active there if you have questions about any of the exercises or movements. Get her expertise in transforming bodies and their lives, but most importantly, GET HER ENERGY.
