This app shows how quantum teleportation works. The state of the first qubit is determined by five operators: X, Y, Z, H, U. This state is transferred to the third qubit at the end of all operations on the circuit. The state of three qubits at each step is shown in the box.

The data to be displayed is calculated sequentially by the CPU, and in the method using the regular polygon, we calculate it by using the Pythagorean theorem repeatedly. Each calculation method is on the internet. It is interesting that the numerical value converges to π. If you use it when teaching π in school, it will enhance students' interests of interest.
