THE TEMPLE: A Paul Mitchell Partner School provides education in the cosmetology and beauty related industries. Our 1500 clock hour cosmetology program is approved to offer its curriculum in the State of Maryland and is fully accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences.
THE TEMPLE uses the partnership of FAME Student Information Systems and Klass App's portal to provide prospects, students, graduates and alumni a fully integrated way to stay up to the minute on school programs, policies, announcements and records. This provides a "next generation" experience right from their mobile device.

Fee Finder is a simple to use application that helps real estate agents communicate what a home seller is offering the buyers agent as a commission. The Home Seller’s real estate agent can upload the terms around Buyers commission from their exclusive listing agreement into the Fee Finder App. The application allows for three choices; No fee offered, percentage, or flat dollar amount.
Listing agents or Listing Team leads will be overwhelmed with the amount of buyers agents calling when a listing first goes live in the marketplace. Buyer’s agents need to know if any commission is being offered so they can communicate that information to their buyers who have signed buyer’s agreements with them. Yet, MLS legally cannot include these pre-approved by sellers' fees.
