MIDI Messenger vs King Key Utilisation & Stats
MIDI Messenger is an AUv3 MIDI plug-in that came to life as an answer to the lack of MIDI processors for iOS.
It allows creating an endless list of ‘messages’ that will be sent after being triggered by incoming MIDI or system events. MIDI messages can be typed in manually or contain some expression calculations allowing generative workflows.
Here's the list of possible triggers: On Load, CC, Note On, Note Off, MIDI/AU Host Transport Start/Stop/Continue, Pressure.
Here are possible message types: CC, Program/Bank Change, Note On, Note Off, Pressure, Pitch Wheel, Sysex, All Sounds Off (CC).
Messages have order, the first message to be triggered and sent is at the top of the list. The last one is at the bottom.
You can specify a delay time in milliseconds so the message is sent a bit later than the trigger-event was detected. You can discard incoming messages that triggered new messages, or pass them through. You can also reorder messages.

Using proprietary high-detailed sampling techniques, which are sadly too complex for you to understand without demonstrative play-dough, we have captured the essence and spirit of a vintage Imperial typewriter, a Modal Cobalt8X and a Generic USB keyboard.
We then took these beautiful, inspirational samples and produced them into some juicy, expressive kits for your pleasure.
King Key is designed as an AUv3 plugin, meaning it works within iOS and iPadOS hosts such as Logic Pro, GarageBand, Cubasis 3, AUM and Beatmaker 3. King Key also works as a standalone instrument.
