Become is a revolutionary behavior change program capable of increasing your readiness and success at changing many behaviors. Become is based on a widely accepted therapy approach used by psychologists. You pick the behavior you want to change, tell Become your current motivation to change the behavior, and Become provides you with effective therapeutic activities to increase the likelihood you will make a successful change. Become includes up to 70 different therapeutic activities and can be used alone or in addition to counseling. This app is free and was created by Department of Defense and Veteran’s Affairs psychologists as well as experts from several universities.

Mind-Body Evolution provides personalized meditation to help users achieve a balanced mind-body state. Designed by a physician scientist and mind-body expert, Mind-Body Evolution draws from both modern science and wisdom traditions to help users self-regulate their stress. Practices adapt over time based on your stress levels, breathing capacity, stress level, and how often you practice. Our meditation practices derive from ancient meditation techniques that have been adapted to modern life.
Mind-Body Evolution measures stress several ways. If you have a device such as an Apple Watch or a FitBit that checks your heart, Mind-Body Evolution can sync this heart data and calculate your body stress. Mind-Body Evolution will also measure your stress by asking you questions. Using artificial intelligence, Mind-Body Evolution prescribes a practice based on ancient mind-body principles and modern biological science. If your stress level changes, your practice changes.
