Park Güell de Barcelona ofrece esta aplicación tecnológica con el objetivo de mejorar la inclusión y la autonomía de todas las personas visitantes del parque para que disfruten del espacio con autonomía, comodidad y seguridad, sin importar cuáles sean sus diversidades físicas, sensoriales o cognitivas. Selección de perfiles: la aplicación móvil ofrece la posibilidad de acceder a la información de los recursos del Park Güell a través de seis perfiles según las necesidades: cognitiva (intelectual y autista), sensorial (visual y auditiva) y física (movilidad y orgánica). Además, ofrece una combinación de nueve de estos perfiles en caso de que el usuario tenga diversas necesidades. Selección de accesos e itinerarios: accesos del Carmelo, San José, Marianao, Baixada Glòria y Coll de Portell e itinerarios recomendable, imprescindible y movilidad reducida. Mapas digitales: una vez seleccionado el perfil, el usuario accederá a un mapa digital personalizado, sin GPS, que le permitirá identificar dónde se encuentran los nueve recursos principales del parque, los seis complementarios, los tres servicios, los nueve accesos, las tres zonas de pícnic y los tres espacios de calma. Los mapas están adaptados para personas con diversidad intelectual, también pueden incluir una ruta accesible para personas con movilidad reducida o bien colores adaptados para personas con determinadas necesidades visuales. Información: cada punto de interés (POI) dispone de información en diversos formatos adaptados - Nombre del recurso y/o servicio - Imágenes en color y adaptadas en blanco y negro - Pictogramas para personas con diversidad cognitiva - Clips de vídeo - Locuciones completas y basadas en los textos de lectura fácil (audioguías) - Teléfono de emergencia - Textos completos y de lectura fácil según la Norma UNE 153101:2018 EX de lectura fácil Menú: en la parte superior izquierda de los mapas se puede acceder al menú de la aplicación móvil, que incluye: - Ajustes: sonido (activar/desactivar), idioma (castellano/catalán/inglés/francés), enviar comentarios y cerrar la aplicación. - Créditos Resumen: - 14 entidades participantes - 40 personas para testear - 16 perfiles de necesidades distintos - 300 combinaciones - 34 puntos de interés y servicios - 20 pictogramas normalizados por ARASAAC - 23 audioguías - 15 clips de vídeo - 7 mapas digitales - 30 textos (lectura fácil por FEMAREC) - 45 fotos - 4 idiomas Reto: Barcelona de Servicios Municipales ha desarrollado el Concurso de retos de innovación para la implementación de soluciones innovadoras y de base tecnológica para hacer visitas inclusivas en el Park Güell, y ha sido ganadora la empresa Play&go experience.
