At iiCE we offer four different workout formats that cater to every athlete. Those formats include our traditional 45-minute Riide, a 45-minute Results ride that focuses on strength and endurance training, Rhythm 45, a format that challenges your dance moves and choreography skills, and our iiCE 360, a 60-minute class that combines all of the above!
