BVG Muva vs DB Rad+ Utilisation & Stats
For accessible mobility in Berlin:
BVG Muva stands for accessible mobility in Berlin. It is our service for passengers with restricted mobility who are dependent on accessible public transport. The service is primarily aimed at people with disabilities as specified in § 228 SGB IX. In addition, elderly people and people with strollers or small children, pregnant women, people with injuries and people with luggage can also use the BVG Muva.
Passengers can decide at their own discretion whether accessibility is restricted at their desired S- or U-Bahn station or bus stop. In such cases, the BVG Muva comes to the rescue. We will pick you up at your desired S-Bahn or U-Bahn station or bus stop and take you to a stop of your choice within a 5-kilometer radius. The bus stop is chosen in the direction of the traffic flow for an easier connection.
The BVG Muva is available weekdays from 4:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. and around the clock from Friday to Saturday as well as on weekends and public holidays. You can use it throughout Berlin within fare zones A and B - as required and without a timetable.
This is how it works:
1. Download the app and register
Download the BVG Muva app, open the app and register with a few clicks or log in with your existing BVG account. That's it! Now you can use our service and book your ride.
2. Book a ride
Open the app and set your starting point and destination. If you activate the GPS function, your current location will automatically be suggested as the starting point. Once you have selected the route, you can add mobility aids, luggage and passengers.
3. Pick up
Once you've booked your ride, we'll be on our way to you. The app will show you exactly when you can expect us to pick you up.

Sammle Radkilometer
Mithilfe der DB Rad+ App werden Deine gefahrenen Kilometer, die Du mit deinem eigenem oder einem Sharing -Rad absolvierst, aufgezeichnet. Einfach Deine Stadt auswählen, auf den Start-Button klicken und los geht’s!
So viel sind Deine Kilometer wert
Rad+ lohnt sich: Deine gesammelten Kilometer kannst Du bei unseren lokalen Partnern gegen attraktive Prämien wie z.B. einen Cappuccino oder Einkaufsvorteile und Rabatte eintauschen. Unsere unterschiedlichen Partner wie z.B. Cafés, Hofläden oder Museen siehst du auf unserer Karte direkt in der DB Rad+ App.
Belohnen war noch nie so einfach
Löse Deine Kilometer ganz einfach ein, indem du den QR-Code bei teilnehmenden Partnern scannst. Dein neuer Kilometerstand wird in Echtzeit aktualisiert und angezeigt.
Die Rad+ App bringt alle weiter.
Gemeinsam etwas bewegen: Die von Dir und anderen Rad+ Teilnehmer:innen im Aktionsgebiet gesammelten Kilometer summieren sich. Wird ein bestimmter Meilenstein erreicht, profitiert die ganze Community von fahrrad-freundlichen Infrastrukturmaßnahmen und Events, die die Kommunen oder die Deutsche Bahn initiieren.
Deine Stadt ist erst der Anfang ...
Mit der DB Rad+ App fährst Du auf neuen Wegen voran. Sie wurde im Rahmen der „Initiative Zukunftsbahnhöfe“ der Deutschen Bahn als Pilotprojekt für neue Ideen im Sinne nachhaltiger Mobilität entwickelt. Dank des aktiven Engagements der Community und dem positiven Feedback wird die App nun sukzessive an weiteren Standorten angeboten und weiterentwickelt. Dafür zählen wir auch weiterhin auf Dein Feedback. Daher bewerte die App gerne hier im App Store.
