5 Minute Yoga contains both Free and Pro content. Free content includes: All the Total Beginners challenge as well as 2 new sessions every week:
A free Morning Energy yoga every Wednesday

Free content can be accessed by closing any upgrade page.
Remaining content is available via our Pro level. This can be accessed via a subscription (monthly or annual) or a one time payment for 2, 3 or 5 years access. We also offer reduced cost and free Premium access for those in financial difficulties. You can apply for this in the app via the upgrade page.
All payments are charged to your App Store account 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel at anytime in your App Store settings
All new user have the option of a 7 day free trial of Pro content. If you do not cancel 24 hrs before the end of the trial period your App Store account will be charged for an annual subscription.
